Fayetteville Georgia // family photography by Holly Ann Co. Photography
Not every great family session happens at golden hour. Take a peek into a recent midday session here in Fayetteville, Georgia. Rows of greenery, dappled shade, and pops of color from the plants made for a backdrop stunning, perfection!
Child-led, explore together
Once those “must-have” shots were in the bag, we let things get looser. Watching their boy wandered between plant displays, dad crouched down to point out flowers, just having them explore together captures their family thats uniquely them. This is the part of a family session I look forward to most as a Fayetteville family photographer.

A Few Takeaways for Your Own Fayetteville Family Session
If you’re planning a family session of your own in Fayetteville, here’s what worked well for them:
- Don’t rule out midday. With the right location, midday can actually be one of the easiest times to schedule a session. Perfect for families juggling naps or daily errands.
- Look for shade. Greenhouses, covered walkways, and tree-lined paths soften harsh midday sun without needing to wait for a different time of day.
- Choose a location with texture. Trees or plants gave us natural color and depth in nearly every frame.
